Keith Mitchell played as a linebacker in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints, Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars and was named to the Pro Bowl. His NFL career ended when he had a paralyzing injury in a game. Keith found the practice of yoga to help him regain functionality. Yoga helped him move again, and it opened his mind, body and soul to so much more.
His goal is to bring the transformational power of yoga and meditation to a wider audience, including athletes and men, through his passion, knowledge, story and unique yoga approach.
