Dr. Chris ShawDr. Chris Shaw Dr. Christopher A. Shaw is a neuroscientist at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He holds a Ph.D from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and he is the author of over 120 peer-reviewed papers and 5 books. He has served on numerous research panels and is currently a member of the Research Committee of ALS Canada and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Neurological Heath Charities Canada/Public Health Agency of Canada. Tom ShermanThomas G. Sherman, PhD, is the Associate Professor of Pharmacology & Physiology at Georgetown University. Dr. Sherman’s interests and teachings have focused on issues of the endocrinology and biochemistry of metabolism, on issues of nutrition and food as medicine, and on the control of body weight, exercise, and appetite.
