Now’s the time to keep the momentum going
Thank you to all of the wonderful guests who were able to attend the 2018 Achieving Optimal Health Conference. We had a blast being ENERGIZED, EDUCATED and INSPIRED with you!
We laughed. We cried. We broke out in joyous, uninhibited dance. Now it’s time for us to take what we’ve learned and begin transforming our lives!
We learned how to fuel our bodies, how to care for our minds, and how to avoid stress. We were inspired, fired up, and brought to tears. We enjoyed delicious food, met amazing people, and–above all–gained the tools we need to lead healthier lives. We’ll see you again next October!

“Thanks for making a difference! I too left the conference a new woman.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed the entire conference. It was extremely informative and very well planned. I liked how each speaker added humor to their presentations and made us feel comfortable. Although much of the information was scientific and technical, they were mindful of their audience and kept the information light and easy to understand”

Meet the Founders
Tricia Reilly Koch, Doro Bush Koch, Therese Burch
Therese Burch, Doro Bush Koch and Patricia Reilly Koch are the founders of The Achieving Optimal Health Conference, a conference dedicated to helping people reach optimal health by connecting them with the resources needed to learn how to nourish their bodies, minds and souls. Attendees learn the importance of healthier eating habits, developing mental focus, reducing stress, and taking responsibility of their preventative healthcare measures.
Twenty years ago, Therese, Doro and Patricia embarked on their own personal educational journeys, discovering the importance and also the ease with which we can all live physically and spiritually healthier lives. All active in their communities, all working mothers, they shared and applied this growing knowledge with each other, their families, their friends, and co-workers, laying the foundation for the work and formation of BB&R Wellness Consulting, LLC.
BB&R Wellness Consulting, a lifestyle and wellness advisory company, will educate, encourage, advise and motivate you to make simple diet and lifestyle changes that will give you a whole new perspective on living a healthier life. Our goal is to guide you to a life of healthier eating that will result in improved mental focus, increased energy, reduced stress, better sleep and more fulfilling relationships. In addition to The Achieving Optimal Health Conference, we offer one-on-one and family counseling, wellness seminars, and corporate programs. Learn more at www.bbrconsulting.us
