IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
ACHIEVING OPTIMAL HEALTH CONFERENCE 2014
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25TH, 2014
TICKETS: There is not a physical ticket for the conference. Please check in at the registration table which will be set up outside the front of the Intercultural Center on the Campus of Georgetown University. (Off the circle of the University’s main gates on 37th and O Streets, NW, Washington, DC.)
LOCATION: Event is on The Georgetown University Campus in the Edward B. Bunn Auditorium inside the Intercultural Center. 37th
TIMELINE: Registration opens at 8:30 am. Plan to arrive no later than 9:30am. You should allow time to park and check in! Program begins at 9:30am and ends at 4:00pm. (Guests should be seated by 9:15am)
PARKING: Parking is free and available in Georgetown University’s Southwest Garage, accessible by entering campus from Canal Road/M Street. This is the second garage on the right after turning from Canal Road. It is marked with a “P” near building #38 on the map below.
LUNCH: A casual lunch and free food samples will be available outside with the Exhibitors and Food Vendors.
DRESS: Dress is very casual. Book signings will take place during lunch and in the afternoon.
