The Energy Elixir

Ingredients
2 handfuls of freshly rinsed spring greens
1 cup of red grapes
1 colored pear
1 ripe banana
1/8 cup of walnuts
Chilled water- start with less, and add more as needed.

Directions
1. Add each ingredient in the order it’s listed
2. Blend until smooth..
3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
