Our mission is to educate and empower people to take charge of their health, and to inspire those they love to do the same.
BB&R, Consulting, in partnership with Georgetown University’s GUWellness, presents The Achieving Optimal Health Conference annually on the campus of Georgetown University in Washington, DC. The Achieving Optimal Health Conference provides access to top thought leaders in health today and will challenge us to think and act in new ways. It will question much of what we have been “taught” to think, from choosing the right foods, to the importance of taking time to breathe correctly, to examining what it means to be personally responsible for our own overall health and wellness.
You will leave the one day conference motivated and encouraged to make simple diet and lifestyle changes that will pay incredible dividends in how you feel and perform in day to day life. No matter where your health and that of your loved ones stands today, Saturday, October 5th will be the first day of making great progress in living a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
Our speakers are recognized as luminaries in the field of wellness today. As visionaries, they will teach us to understand that we can achieve our own personal optimal health through food, lifestyle choices and the practice of prevention. The message is simple: You can influence your destiny as it relates to your own personal health. Once you understand HOW to take care of yourself, MIND BODY AND SPIRIT, you will become healthier and so will those that you love.
BB&R CONSULTING, LLC
Therese Burch, Doro Bush Koch, Patricia Reilly Koch and Patrice Brickman are the founders of The Achieving Optimal Health Conference, a conference dedicated to helping people reach optimal health by connecting them with the resources needed to learn how to nourish their bodies, minds and souls. Attendees learn the importance of healthier eating habits, developing mental focus, reducing stress, and taking responsibility of their preventative healthcare measures.
Twenty years ago, Therese, Doro, Tricia and Patrice embarked on their own personal educational journeys, discovering the importance and also the ease with which we can all live physically and spiritually healthier lives. All active in their communities, all working mothers, they shared and applied this growing knowledge with each other, their families, their friends, and co-workers, laying the foundation for the work and formation of BB&R Consulting, LLC.
BB&R Consulting, a lifestyle and wellness advisory company, will educate, encourage, advise and motivate you to make simple diet and lifestyle changes that will give you a whole new perspective on living a healthier life. Our goal is to guide you to a life of healthier eating that will result in improved mental focus, increased energy, reduced stress, better sleep and more fulfilling relationships. In addition to The Achieving Optimal Health Conference, we offer one-on-one and family counseling, wellness seminars, and corporate programs.
